Collaborate with global counterparts, agencies, hotels, and contacts to execute strategies and tactics that drive revenue and market share.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Performance Analysis</strong>: Monitor account performance metrics and use data to identify trends and opportunities, utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Networking</strong>: Network within accounts to identify key decision-makers and influencers, building relationships to fully penetrate account potential.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Understanding Client Needs</strong>: Seek to understand the account's business and priorities, developing strategies that align with their objectives and maximize opportunities </span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Collaboration with Hotels</strong>: Work closely with appropriate hotels to ensure clear communication of expectations and goals. Develop a network of support at key hotels, fostering close working relationships with hotel management and sales staff.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>What we need from you</strong></span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Management, Business, Hospitality, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Experience</strong>: Demonstrated experience with a deep understanding of corporate transient, crew & project type accounts and group sales.  Working with global companies with multiple stakeholders, cultural teams and complex buying processes.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Sales Management</strong>: Proven experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale sales segment plans from conception through implementation.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Communication Skills</strong>: Effective verbal and written communication skills for providing information to clients, vendors, senior management, and staff. Ability to work effectively at the board level in client companies, with strong relationship management, negotiating, and persuading abilities.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 107%;"><strong>Commercial Acumen</strong>: Strong commercial acumen with a high-level understanding of operating in an owned, managed, and franchised environment. Experience with franchise organizations or ownership constituencies is preferable.
