BankWork$ Fundamentals Mock Interview Assistance

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support our BankWork$ Fundamentals Bank Training program by serving as Mock Interviewers on Wednesday, March 4th (11am - 1pm PT and March 6th (9am - 11am).

Volunteers will conduct structured mock interviews with participants and provide professional, constructive feedback to help them prepare for real employer interviews.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief one‑on‑one mock interviews
• Offer clear and supportive feedback on communication, professionalism, and interview skills
• Encourage participant confidence and readiness for the workforce
