<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) – Remote (Texas-Based)</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Texas. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations, support a diverse workforce, and serve as a key partner to leadership in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational success.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking employees</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and local employment laws and regulations</li><li>Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices</li></ul><p><strong>HRIS & Data Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain the company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all employee records</li><li>Oversee employee data entry, updates, audits, and reporting within systems such as Paychex or similar platforms</li><li>Generate and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, performance trends) to support leadership decision-making</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies</li><li>Act as the internal subject matter expert for HR systems, including troubleshooting and user support</li></ul><p><strong>Payroll Administration:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and/or support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees</li><li>Coordinate with payroll providers to manage wages, bonuses, deductions, and timekeeping data</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal and Texas payroll regulations, including employee classification, overtime, and tax requirements</li><li>Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively</li><li>Partner with finance and leadership on compensation tracking, reporting, and workforce planning</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Relations:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership on employee relations matters</li><li>Handle employee concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent, and timely manner</li><li>Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations based on findings</li><li>Coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and effective communication strategies</li><li>Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment across a diverse, bilingual workforce</li><li>Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture</li><li>Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all levels of the organization</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional new hire experience</li><li>Maintain and manage HR documentation and compliance records</li><li>Assist with benefits administration and employee communications</li><li>Support recruiting efforts as needed, including interview coordination and hiring processes</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role</li><li>Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, particularly in Texas</li><li>Experience working with blue-collar and/or field-based employees is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Paychex or similar systems) preferred</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
