FPS offers a competitive suite of benefits for our employees, including a lucrative compensation program, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and the opportunity for high-potential career growth with a fast-growing company.Our Core Values:<ul><li>Integrity - Do what’s right for everyone: clients, shareholders, partners & colleagues, TEAM is more important than self, and create an atmosphere of mutual respect</li><li>Excellence - Deliver exceptional client results, Reward and recognize performance, and Relentless pursuit of improvement</li><li>Accountability - Act like an owner, take pride in our work, Measure results (your own and our clients), Be passionate</li><li>Grace - Respect and appreciate differences, Care for one another, Humility, Make work personal</li></ul>Our Mission: To create conditions within which people can thrive!<ul><li>Roles and Responsibilities:Delivery & Execution<ul><li>Lead and execute end-to-end data analytics projects, ensuring timely & high-quality delivery</li><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and reporting solutions via reports/dashboards/AI agents, to support business decision-making</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics deliverables</li><li>Continuously optimize reporting processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability</li><li>Familiarity with Jira or other tools for running scrum calls and driving sprint planning & execution</li></ul>Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and QA teams to understand priorities and road blocks in order to drive partnership to deliver impactful solutions</li><li>Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring translation and documentation of business processes into technical requirements to generate valuable insights</li><li>Support stakeholder communication by presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates on a regular basis keeping all the necessary stakeholders in loop for better efficiency</li><li>Analyze and interpret BPO/KPO operational metrics such as productivity, utilization, SLAs, attrition, and forecasting to drive business performance insights.</li><li>Prepare and present data analysis insights, reports, and case studies to key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and encourage data-driven decision making for better profitability</li></ul>Tools, Methodologies & Technical Expertise<ul><li>Strong experience with SQL and data querying for deeper data and statistical analysis</li><li>Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.</li><li>Exposure to data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and large-scale data systems.</li><li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data analysis</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work on AI driven data analytics and BI projects</li></ul>Experience and Skills<ul><li>5–8 years of experience as a business analyst in data analysis or project management role, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven insights across BI and data warehouse projects</li><li>Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, strong documentation and translating business needs into analytical solutions.</li><li>Effective communication skills in order to collaborate across teams from different backgrounds & skillsets and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Willing to work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm IST with the flexibility to cater to business needs based on priority and criticality of projects and experienced working with cross-border teams</li></ul></li></ul>
