About the Role We are seeking a motivated and driven Civil Engineer to join our LATAM team. The ideal candidates will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects and services in our team-oriented environment. Key Responsabilities<ul> <li>Under supervision and in collaboration with experienced staff, support the preparation of civil engineering designs and construction documents, including plans, specifications, technical calculations, exhibits, and reports.</li> <li>Assist in grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management design tasks.</li> <li>Prepare civil design documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical memoranda.</li> <li>Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop construction drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts.</li> <li>Support the civil design of solar plants, substations, and high-voltage systems for renewable energy projects.</li> <li>Assist in evaluating design alternatives to address regulatory requirements, site constraints, and constructability considerations.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure coordination and quality in civil infrastructure design</li> </ul> Qualifications<ul> <li>B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering B.S </li> <li>2+ years of experience.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.</li> <li>English proficiency is a plus</li> </ul> Competitive Benefits Package Ready to join us?
