With a portfolio of over 8 million patients, 7500 providers, 30 states, and 400 healthcare facilities, SCP Health is a leader in clinical practice management spanning the entire continuum of care, including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, wellness, telemedicine, intensive care, and ambulatory care.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Why you will love working here:</b></p><p style="text-align:left">- Strong track record of providing excellent work/life balance.</p><p style="text-align:left">- Comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.</p><p style="text-align:left">- Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture of belonging and empowerment through our core values - collaboration, courage, agility, and respect.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Onboarding & Clinician Support</b></p><ul><li>Initiate contact with clinicians post-contract to outline onboarding steps and timelines.</li><li>Guide clinicians through access to SCP systems (e.g., Okta, mySCP Connect, Workday).</li><li>Track onboarding progress, ensuring timely completion of credentialing and enrollment tasks.</li><li>Respond to clinician questions or route escalations to functional experts as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinician data in Salesforce and other internal systems.</li></ul><p><b>Scheduling & Workforce Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Collect clinician availability, preferences, and shift commitments.</li><li>Create, update, and distribute monthly schedules ensuring complete coverage and minimal premium spend.</li><li>Manage shift confirmations, cancellations, swaps, and APAY/Holiday Pay entries within Qgenda.</li><li>Partner with Medical Directors and field operations to resolve open shifts and negotiate coverage.</li><li>Ensure First Schedule Dates (FSD) and clinician details are accurately recorded in Salesforce (SFDC).</li><li>Collaborate with Recruiting and Credentialing to align schedule readiness with start dates.</li></ul><p><b>Payroll & Expense Support</b></p><ul><li>Verify payroll hours from Qgenda, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate submissions to Payroll.</li><li>Assist clinicians with pay and reimbursement questions, escalating complex cases appropriately.</li><li>Track and ensure completion of clinician expense reimbursements before payroll close.</li></ul><p><b>Clinician Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinicians, ensuring consistent communication and timely issue resolution.</li><li>Develop trusted relationships that promote clinician engagement and retention.</li><li>Communicate key updates, policy changes, and site-specific needs proactively.</li></ul><p><b>Offboarding & Data Accuracy</b></p><ul><li>Guide clinicians through offboarding steps, ensuring all documentation and final pay items are completed.</li><li>Maintain current clinician contact information and update system records as required.</li><li>Support reporting and analytics to track clinician satisfaction and operational metrics.</li></ul><p><b>Process & Quality Improvement</b></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows and clinician experience.</li><li>Participate in ongoing training and calibration to maintain consistency and accuracy.</li><li>Support initiatives aimed at standardization, automation, and cross-functional alignment.</li></ul><p><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Proven ability to use persistence, tenacity, and influence to negotiate and engage with clinicians.</li><li>Able to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple demands in a deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Applies critical and strategic thinking to solve challenges.</li><li>Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Works collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, Outlook) and scheduling software (Qgenda).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WORK <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:</span></b></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in customer service, clinician support or scheduling within healthcare operations.</li><li>Prior experience with high-volume scheduling of staff or clinicians, a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY LOCATION:</b></p><ul><li>Remote - United States</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Pay Range: </p>46,163.00 - 65,601.00 USD annually<p>This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role.
