Research and analyze market trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and risks for ETF offerings. Develop and maintain relationships with key market participants such as market makers, liquidity providers, and authorized participants. Monitor and report on ETF trading activity and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ETF trades and launches. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to ETFs. Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams and clients on ETF-related inquiries and issues. Conduct training and education sessions for internal teams on ETF markets and operations. Continuously evaluate and improve ETF trading processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Generate reports and presentations on ETF market trends, performance, and analysis for senior management. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to stay informed on market developments and network with industry professionals. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's ETF offerings and their unique features and benefits. Serve as a subject matter expert on ETFs, providing insights and recommendations for product development and enhancements. Act as a liaison between the company and external market participants to negotiate and maintain favorable terms and conditions for ETF trading. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to ETF trading and operations.
