We build before we need.</p><hr><h3>What You’ll Actually Do</h3><p>You won’t be producing random visuals.<br>You’ll help build visual systems that scale.</p><ul><li><p>Social media design rooted in structure, not trends</p></li><li><p>Editorial-style layouts with strong hierarchy</p></li><li><p>Pitch decks that communicate, not decorate</p></li><li><p>Brand assets that feel cohesive across touchpoints</p></li><li><p>Clean, organized files ready for handoff (because details matter)</p></li></ul><p>This role is about thinking, not just executing.</p><hr><h3>You’ll Fit If You:</h3><ul><li><p>Have 2+ years of real design experience (agency or equivalent standard)</p></li><li><p>Understand layout, hierarchy, grid systems, and composition deeply</p></li><li><p>Have strong typography sensitivity</p></li><li><p>Think in systems, not one-off visuals</p></li><li><p>Care about consistency and craft</p></li><li><p>Take feedback fast, refine fast, and move on — no ego, no drama</p></li><li><p>Are reliable.
