This role requires strong experience with Esri/ArcGIS technologies, Agile project delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in complex technical environments. Utility industry and compliance-related experience, including FAC-003/FAC-008 initiatives, is highly preferred. Location: Remote Duration: 7 months Key Responsibilities:<ul data-start="540" data-end="1249"><li data-section-id="wuj8px" data-start="540" data-end="621">Lead GIS project delivery from planning through execution and implementation.</li><li data-section-id="ebungt" data-start="622" data-end="767">Collaborate with GIS professionals, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and delivery strategies.</li><li data-section-id="19gm751" data-start="768" data-end="863">Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project tracking.</li><li data-section-id="lumfu5" data-start="864" data-end="972">Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to support GIS application and enterprise solution delivery.</li><li data-section-id="186we8x" data-start="973" data-end="1064">Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and compliance-focused initiatives.</li><li data-section-id="t2jxj5" data-start="1065" data-end="1140">Identify and manage project risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies.</li><li data-section-id="h9gf9t" data-start="1141" data-end="1249">Provide status reporting and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Required Skills & Qualifications:<ul data-start="1291" data-end="1944"><li data-section-id="8883sg" data-start="1291" data-end="1372">Strong hands-on experience with Esri GIS and ArcGIS technologies is required.</li><li data-section-id="1rwk0n9" data-start="1373" data-end="1440">Experience leading projects using Agile delivery methodologies.</li><li data-section-id="1ac325y" data-start="1441" data-end="1532">Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.</li><li data-section-id="vnd4wj" data-start="1533" data-end="1597">Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li data-section-id="1jq3s8z" data-start="1598" data-end="1672">Experience working within enterprise GIS and application environments.</li><li data-section-id="1gyrqrv" data-start="1673" data-end="1782">Utility operations and regulatory compliance experience preferred, including FAC-003/FAC-008 initiatives.</li><li data-section-id="g7tbpa" data-start="1783" data-end="1887">Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li><li data-section-id="28v065" data-start="1888" data-end="1944">PMP, Scrum, Agile, or GIS certifications are a plus.</li></ul>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
