ensuring operational excellence across multiple territories.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Draslovka's Mining Process Solutions unit has operations in several key regions, including, but not limited to <span style="font-weight: bold">Canada, United States of America, Mexico, Chile, Australia</span> and <span style="font-weight: bold">South Africa.</span></p> <p><br>This role involves collaboration with style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Recruitment & Onboarding</span></p> <ul> <li>Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and systems.</li> <li>Lead both administrative and on-the-job onboarding programs.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Relations</span></p> <ul> <li>Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.</li> <li>Foster a positive, inclusive culture and manage conflict resolution processes.</li> <li>Support the US HR Business Partner with union matters, grievances, and CBA negotiations.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Engagement</span></p> <ul> <li>Analyze engagement survey data and proactively address trends.</li> <li>Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Performance Management</span></p> <ul> <li>Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure SMART goal setting.</li> <li>Support managers with feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">HR Policies & Compliance</span></p> <ul> <li>Develop and enforce HR policies for DMPS.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Ethics & Whistleblowing</span></p> <ul> <li>Manage the third-party whistleblowing portal with confidentiality and integrity.</li> <li>Promote ethical behavior and investigate concerns in collaboration with legal/compliance.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Learning & Development</span></p> <ul> <li>Develop the L&D framework and systems (LMS, external platforms).</li> <li>Coordinate training, career development, and succession planning.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Employee Benefits</span></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and compare benefit offerings across territories.</li> <li>Ensure equity and support the US HR BP with open enrollment and cost analysis.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Compensation Management</span></p> <ul> <li>Implement the remuneration policy and job grading (WTW Global Grading).</li> <li>Guide the business on salary decisions and manage the annual merit review process.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Career Development Framework</span></p> <ul> <li>Support the Career Pathways project and maintain a library of job descriptions.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">HR Budgeting & Expense Monitoring</span></p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage the annual HR budget.</li> <li>Monitor expenses and provide financial insights to leadership.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">HR Reporting & Analytics</span></p> <ul> <li>Maintain HR records and dashboards with
