<p>This is a remote position.</p> <p><br>Philippine-based Filipino applicants.<br></p> <b>Important: To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and provide a portfolio showcasing graphic design work. </b><br> <br> ARTISTIC TEST needs to be completed before your interview with the client.<br><br> An exciting opportunity to join one of the industry’s leading Art Consulting and Mirror Design firms, Artline is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to support our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role requires a self-starter who is organised, adaptable, and capable of producing high-quality visual content in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You will work closely with the design team to bring concepts to life through polished, client-ready presentations and materials. Experience within a consulting, hospitality, or design-focused industry is a plus.<br> <br> <b>Main Responsibilities:</b><br> <ul> <li>1 Develop visually compelling graphic design solutions aligned with client briefs and creative direction.<br></li> <li>Create and format presentation materials, art packages, and client-facing documents (primarily in InDesign) <br></li> <li>Produce digital graphics, layouts, and compositions for hospitality and residential art programs <br></li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and internal teams to execute and refine design concepts <br></li> <li>Conduct research on design trends, client preferences, and project requirements to inform creative work <br></li> <li>Apply a strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition across all deliverables <br></li> <li>Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and production schedules<br></li> <li>Maintain organised files, templates, and production standards across projects<br></li> </ul> <b>Preferred (Not Required)</b> <br> <ul> <li>Background in digital illustration or drawing <br></li> <li>Familiarity with abstract or contemporary art styles <br></li> <li>Experience working on art packages or large-scale design programs <br></li> </ul> <br> <b>Who You Are </b><br> <ul> <li>Highly organized and self-motivated <br></li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment <br></li> <li>Able to take direction while contributing thoughtful creative input <br></li> <li>Passionate about design, detail, and producing high-quality work<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li><b>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field</b> <br></li> <li><b>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</b> <br></li> <li>Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, layout, and presentation work <br></li> <li>Experience creating clean, professional, client-facing materials <br></li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines <br></li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills <br></li> <li>Experience in hospitality, interior design, or consulting environments is a plus <br></li> <li>Understanding of visual storytelling and composition<br></li> </ul> <br> Work Environment & Expectations <br> <br> While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.<br> <br> ✅ This role requires:<br> • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)<br> • Use of time tracking software during work hours<br> • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON<br> • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift<br> • Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task<br> <br> ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.<br> <br> We’re looking for someone who values structure, is dependable, and thrives in a role that provides consistency and clarity. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month<br>3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines' public holidays<br>4.
