In a crowded and noisy market, our success depends on clearly defining our category, aligning product direction with real market needs, and enabling our sales team to consistently win.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">As Head of Product Marketing, you will own how our product is defined, packaged, priced, and brought to market, ensuring tight alignment between market needs, product direction, sales execution, and customer feedback.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You will play a central role in shaping both what we build and how we compete.</span></div><div><br></div><h2><strong style="background-color: transparent;">What you will be doing</strong></h2><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Define and evolve Bigeye’s category: AI Trust</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own product positioning, differentiation, and market narrative</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own ICP, personas, buying committee definition, and customer insight</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Develop and maintain a market-facing product roadmap for use by Sales and customer-facing teams</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Provide structured input into Engineering roadmap priorities based on market demand, customer feedback, sales insights, and competitive dynamics</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Translate market needs into clear product direction, requirements, and GTM priorities</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Define and operationalize repeatable sales plays across use cases, personas, industries, and buying triggers</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own sales enablement, including messaging frameworks, talk tracks, core assets, and competitive positioning</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Partner with the VP of Customer Success on Customer Advisory Board, Power User Group, and Design Partner programs</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own competitive intelligence and ensure Bigeye has a clear differentiation strategy</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Build and manage analyst relationships and influence external market perception</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Drive feedback loops across Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and customers to improve product direction, messaging, and GTM strategy</span></li></ul><div><br></div><h2><strong style="background-color: transparent;">What You Bring</strong></h2><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">8-10 years in product marketing, and 4-5 years leadership roles in product marketing</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Proven track record owning positioning, category narrative, and go-to-market strategy</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience influencing product direction and working closely with engineering teams</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong experience with pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions and complex buying committees</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Ability to translate technical products into clear, differentiated market narratives</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience developing sales plays, enablement programs, and competitive positioning</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience building or managing customer insight programs such as CABs, advisory groups, or design partner programs</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Comfort operating in a lean, high-accountability environment</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Hand on AI tooling and work
