Role Description
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners with a strong focus on sales and service by balancing customer service and inbound sales. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Providing product information, registration support, and service inquiries.
- Resolving owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals.
- Utilizing multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications.
- Creating, updating, and retrieving owner records.
- Providing feedback to Quality and Training.
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Supporting other parts of the business as directed.
Qualifications
- One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment.
- Strong initiative and ability to resolve owner issues.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with web-based systems for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Computer skills including MS Office Suite.
Requirements
- Dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious for ASI-provided equipment.
- Local internet provider and an ethernet connection (no Satellite, Pre-paid, or DSL).

- Ping 50 Mbps or lower.
- Download 50 Mbps or higher.
- Upload 15 Mbps or higher.
