Third party candidates are not eligible for this role.</span></p><hr><h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></span></h1><h2><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>SUMMARY STATEMENT</strong></span></h2><p><span style="font-size:14px;">This role serves as a <strong>Director-level leader for Healthcare Informatics and Analytics</strong>, responsible for defining and executing enterprise analytics strategy, leading informatics teams, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position blends <strong>strategic leadership, healthcare domain expertise, and advanced analytics knowledge</strong> to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support organizational growth.</span></p><hr><h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h1><p><span style="font-size:14px;">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities may be supplemented as needed.</span></p><hr><h2><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Design / Develop (50%)</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Define and execute the <strong>enterprise analytics strategy</strong> aligned with organizational and healthcare business goals.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Identify opportunities where <strong>data analytics can drive business performance, cost reduction, and operational efficiency</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Partner with IT leadership to design and implement <strong>data architecture, data platforms, and analytics infrastructure</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Establish and standardize <strong>KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting models</strong> across business units.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Lead the design and delivery of <strong>enterprise reporting and analytics solutions</strong> supporting Medicare, claims, and operational data.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Translate executive business needs into <strong>scalable analytics initiatives and actionable insights</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Build the <strong>analytic foundation and roadmap</strong> to support long-term competitive advantage.</span></li></ul><hr><h2><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Analyze / Consult / Coach (40%)</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Lead and mentor <strong>Informatics Leads, Analysts, and Data Teams</strong>, ensuring high performance and adoption of best practices.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Partner with business and operational leadership to <strong>translate complex data into actionable business insights</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Drive adoption of <strong>data-driven decision making across departments and leadership teams</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Provide strategic guidance on <strong>data governance, data quality, and analytics standards</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Coach teams on <strong>analytics tools, methodologies, and performance optimization</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Act as a key liaison between <strong>business stakeholders, IT, and analytics teams</strong>.</span></li></ul><hr><h2><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Other Responsibilities (10%)</strong></span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Develop and present <strong>executive-level dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Build strong relationships across <strong>IT, operations, and executive leadership</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Evaluate and implement <strong>analytics tools, platforms, and third-party solutions</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Ensure timely delivery of <strong>analytics outputs aligned with business expectations</strong>.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Stay current with <strong>industry trends, healthcare analytics advancements, and emerging technologies</strong>.</span></li></ul><hr><h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h1><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Statistics, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or similar)</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Master’s degree or equivalent experience in <strong>Healthcare Analytics, Public Health, Data Science, Biostatistics, or Business Analytics</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>7+ years of experience in data analytics/informatics</strong>, including</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>5+ years in leadership, team management, or project leadership roles</strong></span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong healthcare domain experience including:</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Claims data, Medicare programs, revenue cycle, utilization analytics, population health</strong></span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Advanced knowledge of:</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>SQL, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, data governance, data quality frameworks</strong></span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with BI tools such as <strong>Power BI, Tableau, or Looker</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong understanding of <strong>KPI development, metrics design, and performance analytics</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Proven ability to <strong>translate complex data into clear business insights</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience managing multiple projects in a <strong>fast-paced, enterprise environment</strong></span></li></ul><hr><h1><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h1><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">MBA or advanced degree in Analytics, Healthcare, or related field</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Strong understanding of <strong>Medicare and CMS programs</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with <strong>machine learning, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Hands-on exposure to <strong>modern data platforms</strong> such as:</span><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse</span></li></ul></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;">Experience with cloud platforms: <strong>AWS, Azure, or GCP</strong></span></li><li><span
