font-size: 12pt;">This is a Remote role; travel of up to 20% is expected.</span></p> <br><strong>Job Overview</strong><br><br><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri;">The Installation Analyst III provides analytical support to install hardware and software on platforms, to include ships.</span></p> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Support planning and execution of system installations, upgrades, and site integrations for C4I systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct site surveys and help develop Site Integration Plans (SIPs), installation schedules, and related documentation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate installation activities with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and Government teams.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Review installation requirements and verify equipment readiness, power, space, and connectivity needs.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Support equipment staging, bench testing, and operational testing before and after installation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Track installation progress and assist with issue resolution and change coordination.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and maintain installation documentation, including as-built drawings, reports, and closeout packages. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Support configuration management by verifying installed equipment and updating records in Government systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Perform all other job-related duties assigned.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Harmoniously working with other employees and customers.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Working with the Project Principals to fully coordinate all activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Effective written and oral communication skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Contributing to the successful completion of project initiatives.</span></li></ul> <br><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Mandatory:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Ten (10) years of professional experience supporting the installation of hardware and software products.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Current active Top Secret Security Clearance.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Government Contracts.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Master’s Degree.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Position may be exposed to and is expected to protect internal/external confidential/unclassified information. </span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Physical requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">This job may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items weighing up to 50 pounds.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Work requires the ability to operate a computer and work in a standard office environment, effectively communicate information in verbal and written form, read and review information and charts, perform analytical thinking skills, use sound judgement.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach to access items at various heights, including from floor level and overhead shelves.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable with occasional climbing of ladders or step stools to retrieve or organize inventory.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri; font-size: 12pt;">Must demonstrate a proactive and active approach to tasks requiring physical effort, with the ability to assist in warehouse duties without hesitation.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: calibri;
