Integration Engineer

We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u>:</b></p><p><b>MuleSoft Development (Primary Focus):</b></p><ul><li><p>Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate internal and external clinical systems.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain scalable, reusable APIs and integration flows supporting clinical trial data exchange (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT, and sponsor-facing platforms).</p></li><li><p>Ensure MuleSoft integrations meet compliance standards such as HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP.</p></li><li><p>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MuleSoft integration performance and reliability.</p></li><li><p>Stay current with MuleSoft platform updates, integration best practices, and clinical research technology trends.<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>Automation & Orchestration Support:</b></p><ul><li><p>Configure and maintain workflows using <b>Power Automate</b>, <b>Azure Logic Apps</b>, and <b>UiPath</b> to automate business processes and system interactions.</p></li><li><p>Integrate automation solutions with MuleSoft APIs and other enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical workflows.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and troubleshoot automation jobs to ensure reliability and compliance.<br> </p></li></ul><p><b>General Integration Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with software engineers, data managers, clinical operations, and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</p></li><li><p>Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Maintain documentation for integration designs, configurations, and operational procedures.<br> </p></li></ul><p><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience in integration engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on MuleSoft development.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <b>Power Automate</b>, <b>Azure Logic Apps</b>, and <b>UiPath</b> for workflow automation.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</p></li></ul>
