- $5,000.00 - 2 year Commitment | 0-1 years experience & recent graduates
- $7,500.00 - 2 year Commitment | 1+ years experience
Schedule & Work Life Balance
- 100% Remote
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift, As scheduled between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1 Saturday per month
What You’ll Do
- Review and process pre-visit information to support efficient visit preparation
- Reconcile outside records and identify care gaps or health maintenance needs
- Manage and triage incoming patient portal messages to appropriate team members
- Address non-symptom-related requests to reduce unnecessary provider and RN workload
- Process medication prior authorizations and support denial management workflows
- Handle incoming medication refill requests in a timely, standardized manner
- Collaborate with clinical staff, providers, office teams, and pharmacy partners to coordinate care
- Document all actions accurately while following established workflows, policies, and turnaround expectations
- Support patient access by streamlining communication and reducing delays in care
- Promote safe, consistent, and efficient workflows across ambulatory teams
