You’ll support user/account setup, marketing workflows, and light design production in a fast-moving creative company.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own day-to-day marketing ops support: intake, task assignment, and workflow upkeep</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set up Google accounts for new employees and maintain permissions/access hygiene</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain campaign assets and ensure correct versions are stored and shared</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create simple graphics and quick edits using templates (exporting, resizing, formatting)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate cross-team handoffs between marketing, design, and operations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track deadlines, publish schedules, and basic performance metrics (where available)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve internal systems through documentation and process refinements</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Non-negotiable:</strong> Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); <strong>ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting marketing operations, admin, or coordination in a remote role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong Google Workspace knowledge, especially account setup and Drive permissions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical design capability (Canva required; Adobe/Figma helpful)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building/maintaining SOPs and onboarding checklists</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with social scheduling tools and basic content ops</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Creative studio/agency experience</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Tools & Technology</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/ClickUp/Trello, Canva, Figma (nice-to-have), Adobe CC (nice-to-have), Meta Business Suite (nice-to-have)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Please NOTE</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
