This role involves working closely with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers to ensure that software applications are designed to meet business needs. The Business Architect will help translate business objectives into technical solutions and support the software development lifecycle from inception to implementation. evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business needs, design, and development throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and training materials to support development and user adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Testing and Quality Assurance: Support UAT, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users during testing and go-live phases to ensure solution quality.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Project and Change Management Support: Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management by analyzing impacts, managing risks, and communicating updates effectively.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate business analyst team’s activities on IT projects and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exercise your analytical and relational database capability to quantify the anticipated solution approach and business impact.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we're looking for</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of industry experience with <strong>Pharmacy Systems, U.S. PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) domain</strong>, with strong <strong>Analytical Skills</strong> and the ability to resolve <strong>Complex Business and System</strong> needs. <strong>Medicaid</strong> experience is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of experience as a <strong>Business Architect with experience in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of experience in <strong>Requirements Gathering, System Architecture and Design, and Documentation, SSIS, and SQL</strong>.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including both technical, non‑technical stakeholders, writing functional and non-functional business requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3+ years of experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts and architects.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you should expect in this role</b></h2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Remote position from US locations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Opportunities to travel through your work (0-20%).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The deadline to submit applications for this posting is <strong>May 30, 2026</strong>. </span></p> </div> </div> </div></div></div></div><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
