They work primarily with corporate and enterprise clients, with a strong footprint in the hospitality sector; including long‑standing work with Accor Hotels and its sub‑brands (Sofitel, Novotel, ibis, Pullman, Mercure, Mantra, Accor Plus).<br><br>They specialise in strategy‑led communications: executive presentations, corporate strategy decks, internal communications, campaigns, digital assets, and learning materials. Our work is high‑stakes, high‑polish, and presentation‑heavy.<br>Our client operates with a lean, senior‑led team and a strong AI‑augmented workflow.<br><br>Why This Role Exists<br>The Director is currently acting as:<br>• Lead strategist and writer<br>• Lead presentation designer<br>• Primary client contact<br>• Billing and operations owner<br><br>This has created a bottleneck across both production and cash flow.<br>This role exists to:<br>• Take ownership of PowerPoint presentation production (revenue‑generating work)<br>• Stabilise billing, invoicing, and operational admin<br>• Allow the Director to focus on billable strategy and growth<br>This is a designer‑first role with a secondary operations component.<br><br><b>What You’ll Do</b> <br><i>You’ll be the kind of person who:</i><br>This is a dual‑purpose role:<br>• Primary focus (approx. 60%): High‑quality corporate presentation design in Microsoft PowerPoint<br>• Secondary focus (approx. 40%): Operations and admin support related to billing, invoicing, and inbox triage<br>Once systems are running smoothly, the admin load is expected to reduce and the role may become more design‑heavy.<br><br>Primary Responsibilities: Presentation Design<br>• Design, build, and refine corporate presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to a high professional standard<br>• Translate written strategy and briefing documents into clear, compelling slide decks<br>• Produce: Corporate strategy decks; Executive and leadership presentations; Internal communications decks; Pitch and infographics‑led presentations<br>• Maintain brand consistency across multiple corporate and hospitality brands (including Accor sub‑brands)<br>• Apply strong skills in: Layout and composition; Typography; Visual hierarchy<br>• Build visual assets in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and import into PowerPoint as needed<br>• Proactively fix issues such as: Grammar and spelling (Australian English); Layout inconsistencies; Visual or structural weaknesses — even if not explicitly in the brief<br>• Work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, polish, or clarity<br>• Important: PowerPoint is non‑negotiable. Canva and Figma are not used for client deliverables. Corporate clients require fully editable PPT files.<br><br>Secondary Responsibilities: Operations & Admin<br>This is not an accounting role, but an execution and follow‑through role that supports cash flow and responsiveness.<br>Invoicing & Billing Support:<br>• Prepare and issue invoices using WorkflowMax and Xero<br>• Run regular billing cycles (target: weekly billing)<br>• Send overdue invoice reminders (typically Mondays)<br>• Chase outstanding invoices across multiple client and procurement platforms<br>• Light data entry and reconciliation support<br><br>Inbox & Communication Support<br>• Assist with monitoring and triaging the Director’s inbox<br>• Draft or prepare responses where appropriate (depending on English capability)<br>• Ensure client communications are acknowledged promptly during business hours<br><br>General Operational Support<br>• Assist with organising documentation and systems as processes are refreshed<br>• Support smoother internal workflows and follow‑ups<br><br><b><br></b><b>What Success Looks Like</b><br><br>In the first 3 months:<br>• PowerPoint presentations are no longer a bottleneck<br>• The Director is no longer building decks personally<br>• Invoices are sent regularly and on time<br>• Overdues are actively followed up<br>• Admin work no longer interrupts billable, revenue‑generating work<br><br>Longer term:<br>• Presentation output increases without compromising quality<br>• Billing becomes predictable and routine<br>• The role becomes increasingly design‑led<br><br><br> <h3>Requirements</h3><b>​</b><b>What You Bring</b><i> <br></i><i>We’re looking for someone who:</i><br><b><br>Must‑Have Skills & Experience</b> <br>• 3+ years’ experience in presentation design, with a strong PowerPoint portfolio<br>• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (layouts, consistency, master slides)<br>• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)<br>• Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, visual structure<br>• Comfortable supporting: Invoicing, Billing follow‑up, Operational admin tasks<br>• Strong written and spoken English, with attention to: Grammar, Clarity, Australian spelling and tone<br>• Highly organised, proactive, and self‑directed<br>• Comfortable working independently and fixing problems without being asked<br>• Reliable internet and professional working setup<br><br><b>Nice‑to‑Have</b><br>• Experience with WorkflowMax, Xero, or similar platforms<br>• Exposure to corporate or hospitality brands<br>• Experience supporting founders, directors, or senior stakeholders<br>• Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and output<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace<br><br><br> <h3>Benefits</h3><b>Why You’ll Love Working Here</b> <br> <ul> <li>HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents)<br></li> <li>Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary)<br></li> <li>Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more!<br></li> </ul><br><b>Let’s Talk</b><br><i>If you’re thinking “this sounds like me”—it probably is.
