This platform automatically analyzes blood and bone marrow samples at the highest resolution available and delivers results within minutes.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>Join our dynamic global customer success team as a Presale Engineer, and help us bring Scopio's innovative solutions to laboratory environments. As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you'll guide customers in implementing our applications from presales through go-live and ongoing adoption support. You’ll help ensure a seamless integration process and that customers harness all the benefits of Scopio technology.</p><p><br></p><p>Scopio Labs offers competitive compensation and benefits, including health coverage for you and your dependents and a 401K with a 4% company match.</p><p>Salary range - 100 K - 110 K/Year</p><p>This is a remote position</p> <br><h3>What you’ll be doing</h3> <p>Sales Support</p><ul><li>Support the sales team with application demos and evaluations</li><li>Participate in industry conferences </li></ul><p>Implementation & Training</p><ul><li>Plan and execute implementation at customer sites</li><li>Assist customers in meeting regulatory and validation requirements</li><li>Develop and conduct training programs, including workshops and on-site sessions for users </li><li>Manage the integration process to align with customer expectations and timelines</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Customer Satisfaction & Feedback</p><ul><li>Drive proactive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting sales objectives</li><li>Identify critical gaps and product issues, recommend actionable solutions, and be the voice of the customer to  backoffice teams</li><li>Collect ROI data to measure progress and utilization at customer sites</li></ul><p><br></p> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Experience & Education</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of two years of experience in the medical device industry with presales responsibilities at laboratories</li><li>Previous experience in a hematology laboratory</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience</li><li>Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or Medical Laboratory Technologist (ASCP) certification is an advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to be proactive and initiate actions to assist customers </li><li>Ability to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Collaborative team attitude with a strong commitment to customer success </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 60%</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States</li></ul><p><br></p>
