Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Real Estate Paralegal. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Paralegal Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida real estate matters </li> <li>Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions and processes </li> <li>Experience drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts, closing documents, and related filings </li> <li>Ability to manage real estate transactions from start to finish </li> <li>Experience coordinating with clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions </li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment </li> <li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and move matters forward efficiently </li> <li>Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently </li> <li>Proactive and professional communication skills </li> </ul> Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
