Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter (1099, Commission Only)

Compensation: 50% Commission (Bi-Weekly Payouts)

Overview

Async Ecom is hiring remote appointment setters to help book qualified calls with professionals interested in building an additional income stream through eCommerce and paid TikTok ads.

This is a lean, performance-driven role designed for people who want to earn strong commissions without a full-time schedule. Expect ~ 3–5 hours per week to start.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with prospects on LinkedIn (busy professionals)
  • Run simple outbound messaging sequences (automation + manual follow-up)
  • Engage replies and qualify interest
  • Book calls directly to the founder’s calendar
That’s it—no closing, no fulfillment.

Compensation

  • 50% commission per closed deal (high payout for minimal time commitment)
  • Bi-weekly payouts
  • Tool costs reimbursed in your first commission paycheck (and ongoing as needed)
Requirements
  • Self-starter (this is 1099—no hand-holding)
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach
  • Willing to follow a proven messaging framework
Preferred:
  • LinkedIn profile with 500+ connections
  • Basic familiarity with sales, outreach, or marketing
  • Previous appointment setting experience
  • Desire to build a career in sales
  • Sales experience
Work Environment
  • Fully remote

  • Direct Slack access to the founder (Julian) for support
  • No corporate structure or micromanagement
