<h3><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Salesforce Project Manager </strong></h3><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Location: United States - </strong><em style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">we are fully remote!</em></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Summary</strong></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Thunder’s Project Managers are the lifeblood of our consulting engagements - serving as the project expert in planning, maintaining accountability, and managing resources to successfully deliver projects for our customer. The PM plans, liaises and allocates team members to a project, holding the team accountable for recording time and deliverables to maintain an overview on project progress and health. They also ensure that projects are completed within the determined time frame, within the constraints of the budget, and with sufficient staffing.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Our ideal candidate is a natural multitasker who brings a keen eye for detail and depth in the delivery of effective Salesforce implementations. Thunder PMs are able to think critically and use their good judgment to maximize the success of the project. We value excellent communication and financial acumen, a comfort level with briefing clients in advance when timelines change or obstacles arise, and working effectively in high-pressure situations.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Create and manage execution of project plan(s) with timelines and milestones (typically 2-4 projects at a time)</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Hold responsibility for day-to-day management of the project's budget, schedule, and deliverables</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Organize project logistics and stakeholder interactions</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Own financial details, budget management (inclusive of project margin), timesheet submission and project level forecasting </span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Prepare and communicate regular status reports for the client, driving executive level communication in conjunction with a Delivery Manager</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Act as the point of contact internally for your project, communicating to internal stakeholders on the status of your project</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Responsible for combined on+offshore team project delivery success and owning the overall health of on+offshore project team</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Manage project's open action items, decisions logs and associated follow-up</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Drive our delivery & project management methodology - with clients and internally at Thunder!</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Help drive customer satisfaction and CSAT responses for partnership level </span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Qualifications:  </strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">3-5+ years of Salesforce project management experience in a consulting/professional services environment</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Experience serving as the primary interface with offshore partners</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Experience with Agile software development methodology</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Emotional intelligence and leadership skills to work with various stakeholders, effectively facilitating meetings</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Ability to prioritize individual and team tasks to ensure timely execution of projects from start to finish</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">PMP (PMI) or designation or certification from other recognized project management/process methodology (Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, Kanban) (preferred)</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)</span></li><li class=""><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Willingness to obtain additional certifications</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Why Thunder?
