Job DescriptionLeads Workday reporting workstreams and delivers accurate, well-built Workday reports. Owns project deliverables end-to-end and mentors junior analysts as needed. Contributes directly to PTG’s growth through consistent, high-quality client delivery. <h2>Key Responsibilities of Senior Workday Report Writer</h2>Reporting Delivery <ul><li>Design and build Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, and more) </li><li>Translate client requirements into technical designs </li><li>Ensure reports’ data accuracy, security, and performance </li><li>Create calculated fields and resolve complex report-related issues </li><li>Validate outputs and support testing </li></ul> Client & Project Execution <ul><li>Lead requirements sessions and reporting workshops </li></ul><ul><li>Own reporting deliverables and client communication </li></ul><ul><li>Manage assigned reporting workstreams and forecasts </li></ul><ul><li>Provide innovative solutions to provide the best solutions for clients </li></ul> Practice Contribution <ul><li>Mentor junior consultants, when needed </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to PTG documentation and best practices </li></ul><ul><li>Stay current on Workday updates and recertifications. </li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>2–3+ years Workday Reporting experience </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with advanced reports and calculated fields </li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills </li></ul> Education & Certifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree </li></ul><ul><li>Workday Reporting Certification (required) </li></ul><ul><li>Additional certifications preferred </li></ul> Performance Expectations <ul><li>Own deliverables end-to-end </li></ul><ul><li>Operate independently and with integrity </li></ul><ul><li>Provide mentorship and client guidance </li></ul>
