**Title:** Simple Internal Web App (Material Requests + Photo Upload) – Mobile Friendly

**Description:**

I’m looking for a developer to build a simple internal web app for my waterproofing business.

The goal is to replace text messages and manual photo uploads with a clean, easy-to-use system for material/tool requests AND daily job photos.

---

**What the app needs to do:**

Employees will submit a request through a simple form:

* Employee name (dropdown)

* Job site (dropdown)

* Request type (Material / Tool / Other)

If Material:

* Brand dropdown (WR Meadows, Henry, Tremco, etc.)

* Product dropdown (based on selected brand)

If Tool / Other:

* Select tool OR type custom item

Also includes:

* Quantity

* Notes

---

**Photo Upload Requirement:**

* Workers must upload **at least 4 photos** with each submission

* Photos should be taken from phone or uploaded from gallery

* Show thumbnail preview before submitting

---

**Admin Dashboard (VERY IMPORTANT):**

* Clean dashboard to view all submissions

* Each submission shows:

* Name

* Job site

* Type

* Item

* Quantity

* Notes

* Photos

* Timestamp

* Status (Pending / Approved / Completed)

**Dashboard should include:**

* Clear “New / Pending Requests” section

* Easy way to scan and manage requests quickly

* Simple and organized layout

---

**Notifications:**

* No email notifications needed for now

* The dashboard will be the main way to track requests

* (Optional: ability to add push or SMS notifications later)

---

**Other requirements:**

* Mobile-friendly (very important)

* Simple and fast (workers will use this in the field)

* English / Spanish toggle

---

**Important:**

Keep it simple. No overengineering. Focus on usability and speed.

---

**What I will provide:**

* Full spec

* Clickable prototype

* Material/product list

---

**Timeline:**

* Functional version by June 8

* Final version after testing by June 24

---

**To apply:**

* Examples of similar work

* Brief explanation of approach

* Keep response simple

I may start with a small paid test project.
