This role leads enterprise-wide strategic planning, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures alignment between corporate goals and operational execution. The SBP partners closely with business unit leaders, finance, product, and operations to translate strategy into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable impact. This role will ensure cross-functional alignment between the business needs and the type of work (technology, people, process) needed to achieve them. This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy Execution. What you will do: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the development, communication, and execution of the company’s strategic plans for defined business areas, translating goals into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Define and prioritize strategy roadmaps and portfolios based on business outcomes, resource capacity, budget constraints, and enterprise priorities. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee enterprise-wide implementation initiatives, considering cross-functional alignment and leveraging capabilities for comprehensive execution. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Identify project work based on resource skills, capacity, budget constraints, and business value. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Actively manage expectations with stakeholders when they receive business outcomes and value from each strategy. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Drive strategy KPIs to monitor performance and outcomes of the solutions related to the strategy. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Manage financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation for strategic initiatives, including monthly executive updates on progress, risks, and financial variances. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate monthly to the executive team, updates to the strategy, including activity completed, where are we heading, what are the roadblocks, risks and path to move forward, financial explanation on variances from budget, forecast and actuals. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Drive executive-level reporting, board presentations, and strategic communications. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Manage vendor relationships, including MSA and SOWs that pertain to the execution of the strategy. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Lead day-to-day strategy execution across business and technology teams, ensuring accountability for milestones, budgets, risk management, and decision documentation. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Support agile transformation through value stream mapping and collaboration with PMO, Product, and Operations teams on strategy execution. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Align with PMO and strategy peers to standardize processes and continuously improve efficiency and scalability. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy or related field (MBA strongly preferred). </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or strategic operations. 15 years preferred. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Strong background in enterprise systems and execution of delivery methods. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success in driving solutions to scale operations, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex programs. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent executive communication, leadership, and operational skills. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes. </li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times;
