This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives. As the primary point of contact, you will liaise with clients and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.</span></p> <br>Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Project Oversight:</strong> Direct and manage projects to achieve high standards of quality, adherence to schedules, and budget goals. Ensure timely completion by overseeing and coordinating all project activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Design Execution:</strong> Develop and update design documents, including one-line diagrams, electrical plans, and specifications. Use engineering software for tasks such as ground grid design, relay coordination, transformer sizing, load flow, and short circuit analysis.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Coordination and Communication:</strong> Collaborate with customers, project teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Standards Compliance:</strong> Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant standards (NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE, ANSI) and utilize the document management system effectively.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Identify potential project issues and provide solutions.
