In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive the payments strategy and lead a team of engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions. We're looking for a strategic thinker who has a passion for payments and technology. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a track record of success in driving payment platform initiatives. You should have an in-depth understanding of the payments space and the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, including 5+ years of experience in payments or a related field. You should also have experience in leading teams and developing strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally, an MBA or similar degree is preferred. Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement innovative payment solutions. Develop and execute a strategic payments plan. Leverage data to inform decisions. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and direction to team members. Monitor the progress of payment platform initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Provide regular reports to executive management. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
